The LTA faced a challenge of low event awareness, short lead times, and competition from established tennis, and other, events.
MatchPoint was exclusively appointed to sell, market and manage corporate hospitality.
Product range included traditional corporate dining, cocktail style receptions, and an in seat hospitality service.
Sales were effected via dedicated sales resource, trained in the product and selling into LTA and MatchPoint databases including MatchPoint regular corporate account buyers and selected 3rd party agents.
Marketing support included dedicated sales materials, traditional hard copy collateral, website listings on LTA and MatchPoint sites, email & digital campaigns, telephone and online sales.
Outcome – Hospitality sell outs and hospitality established as valuable contribution to event finances.
