Use of Personal Information
When you book, provisionally book or enter your details through our contact form, we may ask for personal information about you. This can consist of information such as you name, email address, postal address, telephone number or postcode. By entering your details in the required fields, you enable MatchPoint to provide you with the services you request.
Unless you have specifically informed us that you do not wish to receive further information about our products and those of our affiliates and partners, we and they may send you direct mail, electronically or otherwise.
We do not sell your personal information to others.
We may share your information with our associated MatchPoint companies, selected suppliers or agents.
We will hold your personal information on our systems for as long as is necessary for the relevant service.
We use the information to help us understand more about how our web site is used, to improve our site, and to send you information you have requested.
Cookies are small files which many web sites transfer to your hard disk. They inform the web site what pages you visit, and your preferences, which enable web sites to provide you with a more personalised service. During the course of any visit to our sites, the pages you see, along with a cookie, are downloaded to your computer. These cookies enable website publishers to find out whether the computer (and probably its user) has visited the website before. This is done on a repeat visit by checking to see, and finding, the cookie left there on the last visit.
MatchPoint Ltd will collect IP addresses (an IP address is a number that uniquely identifies a specific computer or other network device on the internet). We use analysis software to look at IP addresses and cookies for the purpose of enhancing your user experience and to develop website navigation. This information is not used to develop a personal profile of you.
You have the right to ask for a copy of the information held by us in our records in return for which we may charge a small fee. You also have the right to require us to correct any inaccuracies in your information.
We want to ensure that we provide you with the best possible service. Please therefore always keep us updated of any changes to your personal information, for example, if your email address changes. You can do this by emailing email@example.com.
If you have any queries concerning your information or any questions on our use of the information then please contact:
