Rugby League World Cup 2025
The 17th Rugby League World Cup
The 2025 tournament in France was to consist of four versions of the World Cup format; men's, women's, wheelchair and youth. 128 matches in 40 venues from early October to mid-November 2025.
However, due to withdrawal of government support and a lack of confirmed funding, France pulled out in May 2023.
A new 2025 Host is yet to be appointed.
